One Line Maintenance provides maintenance and installation services in:

  • Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Warranty coverage applies only to services performed within these service areas.

2. Warranty Overview

Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided. Warranty details will be clearly communicated to the customer before or at the time of service completion.

3. New Replacement Items – 1 Year Warranty

All new replacement items supplied and installed by One Line Maintenance include:

✅ 1 Year Limited Warranty

This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Installation workmanship defects

  • Functional failure under normal use

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, electrical fluctuations, water damage, or external causes.

4. Repairs – Warranty Policy

In most cases, repair services do not carry a warranty, especially when:

  • The unit or system is old or previously damaged

  • Temporary fixes are requested

  • Internal components are heavily worn

However, if a limited repair warranty is provided, it will be clearly stated on the invoice.

No warranty applies unless specifically mentioned in writing.


5. New Installations & Major Replacements

For new installations and major replacements, warranty coverage may range from:

  • 6 Months

  • Up to 5 Years

The duration depends on:

  • Type of equipment

  • Brand and manufacturer warranty

  • Nature of installation

  • Project scope

Warranty period will be specified in writing on the invoice or agreement.


6. What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper usage or negligence

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Electrical supply issues

  • Water leakage from external sources

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Acts of nature (sandstorms, flooding, fire, etc.)

Manufacturer warranties apply separately where applicable.


7. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty validity, the customer must:

  • Use the equipment properly

  • Follow maintenance instructions

  • Contact us immediately upon noticing an issue

  • Allow our team to inspect before third-party repair

Failure to follow these conditions may void warranty.
