1. General Policy

One Line Maintenance provides maintenance, repair, and installation services. Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility depends on the type of service provided.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Inspection & Service Call Fees

Service call fees, inspection fees, and diagnostic charges are non-refundable, as they cover technician time, expertise, and travel costs.

3. Repair Services

Most repair services are non-refundable once the repair work has been completed.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The repair successfully resolved the reported issue

  • Additional unrelated issues arise later

  • The customer declines recommended full replacement

If a verified workmanship error occurs, we will correct the issue rather than issue a refund.

4. New Installations & Replacements

For new installations or replacement items:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of installation, if applicable.

  • If the item is defective due to manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it under warranty rather than issue a refund.

  • Custom-ordered or special-order materials are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started, and

  • Materials have not been purchased or ordered.

5. Deposits

Deposits made for scheduled projects:

  • Are refundable only if cancellation is made before materials are purchased or work begins.

  • May be partially refunded if materials have already been ordered.

  • Are non-refundable if work has started.

6. Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of service fees or deposits.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days.

  • Bank or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

8. Limitation

One Line Maintenance reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
